Currently, we provide shipping services only within India.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement, anywhere in India.
Order Processing Time
After your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, it typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Overall delivery generally takes 4–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location or unexpected courier delays.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+05:30) Indian Standard Time (Kolkata) will be processed on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

The courier service for your order will be selected based on your delivery location and the fastest available option.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you automatically via WhatsApp through Shiprocket.
Please make sure the mobile number entered at checkout is active on WhatsApp to receive tracking updates and delivery notifications.
Shipping Limitations
While we strive to deliver to most areas across India, certain remote locations or specific pin codes may experience longer delivery times or limited service availability.

Address Modification Policy
- Shipping address changes are permitted only before the order is dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase.
- Menzofy will not be liable for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged:
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide proper proof, including an unboxing video and clear photos of the packaging and product.
- After verification with the courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution according to company policy.
- Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
- Minor damage to packaging that does not affect the product is not eligible for replacement.
