Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, confirmation details will be shared through your registered contact information.
Payment Issues
If a payment fails but the amount has been debited from your account:
- Please wait up to 30 minutes, as the transaction may either complete successfully or automatically reverse.
- If the deducted amount is not refunded within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your payment reference ID for quick assistance.
