Return and Refund Policy

At Menzofy, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
- Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from our support team before sending any product back.
- Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our official website.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a replacement or refund request, please email us with:
- Clear images of the damaged/defective product
- Images of the packaging
- Copy of the invoice
After verification by our quality control team, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to product availability and policy terms.
Quality Check & Eligibility
- A replacement or refund will be processed only after our quality check confirms that the returned product is unused, untampered, and in original condition.
- If the returned item fails the quality check (used, damaged due to customer handling, scratched, or tampered), the request may be rejected and the product will be returned to the customer.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only when:
- A replacement is not available, or
- The order is cancelled before dispatch, or
- The product is confirmed as defective or incorrect after verification.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable. COD orders are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.
Handling Charges
- If Menzofy arranges the return pickup, a Restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value may be deducted from the refund.
- If the customer ships the product back on their own, no handling fee will be deducted (subject to successful quality check).
Refund Processing Timeline
- Once the return is received and approved after quality verification, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, PayTM, or Google Pay, as applicable.
- If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days after approval, please contact us at hello@menzofy.com.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Product no longer required
- Incorrect order placed by the customer without any product defect
- Damage caused due to customer handling or misuse
Order Cancellations
- Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To request cancellation, please contact our support team with your Order ID as soon as possible.
