At Menzofy, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you need to request a return, exchange, or refund, please read the policy carefully.
Returns & Exchanges (Within 3β5 Days)
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 to 5 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

You must obtain a Return Authorization before sending anything back.

By purchasing from Menzofy, the customer automatically agrees to all return, exchange, and refund policies listed on this website.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a broken, defective, or damaged product, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a replacement, kindly email us within 24 hours with:

Important Note:
A replacement will be processed only after our quality check confirms that the returned product is in original, unused, and intact condition.
If the item fails QC (damaged due to use, scratched, or tampered), no replacement will be issued.
Return Process

Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our website.

Item must be unused and in original packaging.

To exchange an item, simply place a new order for the desired product.

After placing the new order, contact us with your order number so we can generate a return authorization for the previous item.
Refund Policy
No Refund on COD Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable.
Customers can only exchange for another product of the same value.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if the replacement of a damaged product is not available.
Handling Charges

If Menzofy arranges pickup β 20% handling charges will be deducted.

If customer ships the product manually β No deduction, full refund will be issued.
Refund Timeline

Refunds take 7β10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Shipping Costs

Customers must pay the shipping cost for returning products.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, return shipping charges (if any) will be deducted.
Invalid Return Reasons
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

Once an order is submitted, the customer enters into a legally binding purchase agreement.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
